To set up a Managed Mail Box for you, you need a domain. Several DNS settings must be configured for the domain so that you can then receive and send emails.

There are two ways to configure DNS settings. You can either purchase the domain from us / transfer it to us, or you can host the domain externally.

The necessary DNS settings for your Managed Mail Box will be automatically configured for your domain by us as soon as the Mail Box is set up.

If the domain is not managed by us but by an external provider, you will need to configure the required DNS settings with the external provider. In this case, we will send you the settings via email during setup.
