After placing an order, your product typically appears in the internex terminal with the status "In Bearbeitung" or "Pending." In some cases, however, the status "Fraudcheck" may appear instead.
This status does not indicate an error, nor does it automatically mean there is a problem with your order. It simply indicates that an additional review is being conducted.
If verification is required, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please keep an eye out for any messages from internex.
Once the review has been successfully completed, the status will be automatically removed, and your order will be processed as usual.
