Where can I manage my Hosted Exchange product?

Where you can manage your Hosted Exchange product.

1 - Log in

First, log in to the customer area at terminal.internex.com.

2 - Select Cloud

Click "SELECT THIS CLOUD" for the relevant cloud.

3 - Managed Exchange Admin

In the top menu bar, navigate to "Domain & Email" -> "Managed Exchange Admin".

4 - Managed Exchange Pools

Here you see an overview of your organizations/pools. Click the arrow to the left of "Managed Exchange Pool." This will display an overview of all mailboxes in this pool. Click "Details" for the mailbox you wish to manage.

5 - Managed Exchange Mailbox

The following settings are available in the mailbox menu:

  • Overview of your mailbox's capacity/usage

  • Edit data (display name, first name, last name, initials)

  • Change mailbox password

  • Set alias addresses

  • Set up mail forwarding

  • Change permissions

  • View activity log
