There are two ways to change the password for your webspace mailbox:
These options are described below.
1 - Changing via the customer portal
1.1 - Logging in
To change the password for your webspace mailbox, first log in to the customer area at terminal.internex.com.
1.2 - Select Cloud
Click "Select this Cloud" for the relevant cloud.
1.3 - Webhosts - Webhosting Packages
Now select "Website & Webhosting" from the menu at the top, followed by "Webhosts - Webhosting Packages".
1.4 - Webhost Packages
Now click on the relevant web space containing your mailbox, or select "View" under "Actions" -> "Manage" on the right.
1.5 - Open Web Hosting Manager
You will now see an overview of your web hosting package. Click "Open Web Hosting Manager" to open the management interface and manage your mailboxes.
1.6 - Mailboxen
Select "E-Mail" -> "Mailboxen" from the menu on the left. All existing mailboxes are displayed here.
If your mailbox does not appear here, it may have been created under a different domain. You can use the drop-down menu next to "Domain" to change the selected domain and view the corresponding mailboxes.
Now click the green "Passwort" button next to the email address for which you wish to change the password.
1.7 - Changing the password
You can now set a new password for the mailbox. Finally, click "OK".
2 - Changing the password without logging into the internex Terminal
You can also change your webspace mailbox password directly, without going through the internex Terminal. This method requires the relevant email address and the current password.
2.1 - Mailbox - Webadmin
First, access the mail administration interface. The URL for mailbox administration on the web space is as follows:
https://<servername>/pop3/
Please note that you must replace <servername> with the hostname of your web space (e.g., xserv9999.hybridserver.at)!
You can find your web space's hostname in the internex Terminal (Step 1.5).
You can log in here using your email address and current password.
2.2 - Password
Click on "E-Mail" -> "Password" in the menu on the left. You can now set a new password for your mailbox. Finally, click "OK".
