1 - Open Outlook
Open the Outlook application.
2 - Add Account
On the Outlook home page, click "Add Account."
3 - Enter your username
Next, enter your username and optionally a description.
Please note that setting up a Split Setup Exchange mailbox is only possible with a username in the following format:
Logging in with your email address is not possible!
Click "Add Account".
Then click on "Set up account manually" to select the account type.
4 - Select account type
Select "Exchange" as the account type.
5 - Server Settings
Please complete/change the entered information. The following information is required to set up your Hosted Exchange Direct Setup mailbox in Outlook for iOS:
Server: at.exchangeserver.online
Domain: none / leave blank
Username: your email address
Then click on "Sign In".
6 - Completion
Optionally, you can set up another account. If you don't want to do this, click "Maybe later."
You can now access your emails.
