1 - Cancel a Domain
Domains can generally be canceled up to one month before their current expiration date. By default, domains are automatically renewed; deactivating the renewal is therefore considered a cancellation, and the domain expires at the end of the term.
To cancel a domain, first navigate to the relevant domain in the internex terminal (customer area).
In the domain menu, click the three dots next to the domain name and then click "Cancellation."
Deactivate the slider for "Auto Renewal" here.
Please note that domains linked to another product cannot be canceled here.
In this case, please send us a written, signed cancellation notice to our email address [email protected]
You can find the renewal date in the domain overview under "Paid until."
Therefore, a domain cancellation must be received by us 30 days before this date or completed in the interface.
Now click "Save Changes".
The domain will expire at the end of its current term. If you need the domain's AUTH code, you can also find it under the three dots next to the domain name.
