An organizational domain in the internex terminal is required to create additional contacts or users. This could be, for example, the email domain of a company or association.
If your organizational domain has changed due to updates to your company or organizational data, or if no domain has yet been registered, you can add and verify it in the Access Control Center.
Please note that using the Access Control Center requires a user with administrative privileges (the "Terminal Owner" or "Terminal Admin" role).

1 - Log in
First, log in to the customer area at terminal.internex.com.
2 - Access Control Center
Click on "Settings" in the upper right corner -> "Access Control Center".
3 - Manage Organization Domains
In the left-hand menu, click "Manage Organization Domains." On this page, you can add new organization domains, which will then need to be verified.
Add the desired organization domain and then click "Verify" next to the newly added domain.
4 - Verification
Your organization's domain can be verified using a CNAME record or a file in the root directory.
CNAME Record: Create the CNAME record shown under "Verification using a CNAME record" in your domain's DNS management.
File in the Root Directory: Create an empty .txt file with the name shown under "Verification using a file in the root directory." Place this file in the root directory of the server hosting your domain.
Then click "Verify."
The domain will now be successfully displayed under your organization's domains, but will initially have the status "Verified, under review by internex."
This additional review is necessary to ensure that the organization's domain complies with our internal policies and technical systems and is correctly assigned. We appreciate your understanding.
After the review, you will receive an email to your registered email address with the confirmation or the reason for rejection.
