There are several reasons why certain domains, which are displayed as "available" on our website, cannot be registered:
Domain name already taken
Occasionally, the query servers of individual registries may display a domain as "available" when it is actually already registered. In this case, we will inform you after your order that registration was unfortunately not possible.
Domain name blocked by the registry
Certain domain names are blocked by the respective registry. These are usually:
Technical or infrastructural domains (e.g., internal system names)
Domain names with special significance or protected status
In this case, we will also contact you after you place your order.
Premium Domain Name
Particularly short, memorable, or valuable domain names are classified as premium domains by the registry. These domains typically come with a significantly higher price tag.
After you place your order, our sales department will check whether your desired domain is classified as a premium domain and, if so, send you an offer via email.
Registration will only take place after your written confirmation.
Prohibited terms
Some registries do not allow certain terms or character strings—for example, names that violate legal regulations, trademark rights, or public order. Examples:
Domains containing protected brand names
Domains containing offensive or misleading content
Domains containing special characters that are not permitted in the respective TLD
Invalid or faulty entry
If the domain name does not meet the formal requirements of the respective top-level domain (TLD), registration may fail. Common reasons:
Domain name too short or too long
Forbidden characters (e.g., spaces, umlauts without IDN support)
Missing or Invalid Registration Information
Some registrars require additional information to complete registration (e.g., local address, tax ID number, copy of identification).
If these requirements are not met, the domain cannot be registered. Examples:
.us domains require a US address.
.ca domains require a contact person with a Canadian address.
.ua domains require proof of trademark rights in Ukraine.

We will gladly review your case individually.
