How can I delete a cloud?

To delete a cloud, the following conditions must be met:

  • you must be a cloud-admin in the corresponding cloud

  • there must be no products in the cloud – these must be moved out of the cloud beforehand

  • there must be no cloud sharing with another customer account

If these conditions are met, the cloud can be deleted as described below.

1 - Log in

First, log in to the customer area at terminal.internex.com.

2 - Cloud Settings

For the cloud you want to delete, click the three dots next to the Cloud-ID and select "Settings".

3 - Delete Cloud

Now click the three dots next to the cloud name again and select "Delete Cloud".

You will be asked for confirmation again. Click "Delete" again to remove the cloud.

4 - Conclusion

The cloud has now been deleted and is no longer in the cloud overview.
