In this article, you will find two different guides on how to change or reset the password for the customer portal:
1 - Change the password in the internex Terminal
1.1 - Logging in
First, log in to the customer area at terminal.internex.com.
1.2 - Change password
Now click the green user icon in the top right corner and select "Change password".
Next, enter your current password and a new password, then click "Change password" again to save the change. Please note that this action will log you out, and you will need to log in again afterwards.
2 - Reset the password without logging in (password reset)
2.1 - Passwort vergessen?
If you have forgotten the password for your customer account in the internex Terminal terminal.internex.com, you can reset it using the red "Passwort vergessen?" link.
2.2 - Enter email address
Next, enter the email address of the account for which you wish to reset the password and click "Absenden".
Instructions for resetting the password are now being sent to the provided email address.
2.3 - Requesting a Password Reset
To confirm the password reset request, click the link you received via email from [email protected] to the provided email address.
2.4 - Temporary password
Upon confirmation, a temporary password is created and sent to your email address.
Copy the temporary password and return to the login page at terminal.internex.com.
2.5 - Logging in
Log in now using the temporary password you received via email.
2.6 - Changing the Password
Re-enter the temporary password. Below that, you will be prompted to set a new password. Click "Change password" to complete the process.
