How can I change my billing address and billing settings?

How you can change the address or invoice recipient (email address) as well as the desired payment method.

1 - Log in

To change your billing address and billing settings, first log in to the customer area at terminal.internex.com.

2 - Account Overview

Click on the green avatar in the top right corner and then click on "Account Overview."

3 - internex Account

Click on "internex Account" in the menu on the left.

4 - Billing Address

Now select the "Billing Address" tab. Here you can change all address settings, including the billing email address(es).

5 - Billing Settings

You can also manage the payment method and optionally whether the invoice should be sent by mail on this page. For SEPA direct debit, please click on the red text, which will take you directly to the direct debit information management page.

6 - SEPA Direct Debit

In this menu, you can enter your bank details and set up SEPA billing. Please note that we must first verify the details after submission.
