When registering or transferring .hu domains (Hungary), you must confirm the respective action by email.
A few days after we submit your application, you will receive an email from the registry containing a link to the registry website. The website lists all the owner information you provided when registering or transferring the domain.
Please check the information and then confirm the registration/transfer.
1 - Confirmation Email
The screenshot shows an example of a confirmation email from the Hungarian registry. The email begins in Hungarian, but the text is also provided in English further down.

Click on the confirmation link; a browser window will open.
2 - Check Owner Information
The website lists the owner information for your domain. Please check it carefully.
You will then need to enter the code sent to you in the confirmation email. This is usually pre-entered.
Accept the "Domain Registration Policy" and the "Data Privacy Notice" and click "Confirm".
3 - Completion
Once the information has been confirmed, you will be redirected to the next page, where the text "Submission successful" should appear.
The domain registration or transfer has now been successfully confirmed.
Please note that this does not mean that the registration or transfer has already been completed.
It may take a few days after confirmation for the domain to be registered or transferred by the Hungarian registry.
